On June 13, 2025, at approximately 3:30 p.m., a female child was passing a man on the street in Mizuhodai 2-chome, Ohami Shirasato-shi, when the man showed his lower half of his body to her while she was out.
The man is described as
age 20s to 40s
head black hair, normal length
height unknown
upper garment black short sleeved T-shirt
lower garment blue pants

Everyone in the community is asked to help watch over children.
Parents are requested to check
